   Chemical corrosion resistant filter operating instructions:
   (1) Prepare the work before starting the machine. Is the host and auxiliary machines all normal?
   (2) Prepare the flocculant. After the agent is fully dissolved, dilute with water to a concentration of one thousandth. (The specific concentration should be determined according to the type of sludge. This concentration is for polypropylene milling)
   (3) Start the air compressor so that the air pressure is 0.5Mpa, tension the filter belt, and open the main motor (the concentrator unit should open the concentrating drum motor at the same time).
   (4) Turn on the speed control switching power supply (the concentrator can only adjust the speed control handwheel), so that the main engine speed is slowly adjusted from the zero rotation to the required running speed.
   (5) Start the sludge pump and start the dosing pump to make the sludge achieve the desired flocculation effect.

(6) Open the washing water pump and the valve to make the cleaning device run. If the cleaning effect is not good, the water pressure should be increased. The general water pressure is 4kgf/cm2.

(7) When the press filter is to stop working, the sludge pump and the dosing pump should be turned off first, and then the filter belt is cleaned. After the filter belt is cleaned, the cleaning water is turned off, and the speed of the main machine is adjusted. After stopping, relax the filter belt and turn off the power.
